Booking your bus ticket

If you would like to secure the trip please give a credit card number which can be made via a secure form on our Booking Enquiry page:

Please note we do NOT debit your card, its only to secure the booking as we prefer to take cash or cheque in full on the day. If that is inconvenient please let me know and we can arrange another means of securing your trip. The conditions of booking are with at least a weeks notice of cancellation a 10% booking fee, 50% charge less than a weeks notice.

Due to the distance between Karamea-Nelson, The Heaphy Bus does need a minimum of three persons booked going IN THAT direction before it's committed to travel that scheduled route. If you would like to know if the trip is secured already, please feel free to call 0800 128735. If we cannot accommodate you on that section, we will do our best to give you alternatives, but unfortunately they will probably be more expensive.
